The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Optimus Prime Robot Toy from Robosen Robotics that we have a sneak peek at a few weeks ago is now official. Unlike the self-transforming Optimus Prime, though, the Rise of the Beasts Optimus Prime Robot Toy is not transformable. Then again, the world would have gone ga-ga if this little big guy actually transforms automatically.
Anyhoo, as a boon, it is an accurate representation of the Autobot leader that is also an interactive robot that does your bidding. This collectible robot features an artistic life-like battle-damaged finish, advanced programmable capabilities, and voice-activated interactions.
The Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Optimus Prime Robot Toy boasts no less than 69 custom-engineered microchips, 21 high-precision servo motors, and over 40 motion mechanisms that allow the towering 16-inch (40 cm) robot to perform a wide range of movements and maneuvers.
Moreover, legendary voice actor Peter Cullen also lent his voice to the dialogue recorded exclusively for this Optimus Prime Signature Series. Fans will be able to “Chat, Command, and Call” Optimus Prime with pre-installed voice commands. The Robosen app’s Action Center will be updated with additional downloadable actions on an ongoing basis.
