Hyundai Prophecy Concept Electric Vehicle Unveiled

We have never been excited over a Hyundai since like, well, forever, but I am now (excited) with the Hyundai Prophecy Concept Electric Vehicle. You can say it is a surged of nostalgia because, the silhouette definitely reminds us of the Hyundai Tiburon, otherwise known as Hyundai Coupé or Tuscani and Turbulence in some Asian countries and its home market, South Korea.

Hyundai never explicitly said it, but Tiburon’s design philosophy is unmistakable. Drivetrain details are lacking as they almost always do with such concept car. We only know a handful of details.

Details like air-drawing propeller shapes wheel design, integrated rear spoiler aid in downforce, pixel lamp lights, a stretched wheelbase (and in turn, a stretched cabin) with short overhang design, joystick for steering, and autonomous capability.

The more we read, the more we feel like it will never see the light of production. Never mind that. Just bring the damn body and roll out a coupe already, Hyundai. Have a closer look at ‘Prophecy’ curves in the video below.
