Your love for the new Batman movie will have to be super deep to be wanting the Infinity Studio x Penguin Toys The Batman Life-size Bust. While you may not need Bruce Wayne’s kind of wealth to buy one, US$3,493 apiece is still a considerable amount to many.
Based on the official images provided by DC Comics and Warner Bros., Infinity Studio and Penguin Toys have recreated Robert Pattinson’s appearance as the cape crusader in this latest live-action Batman movie.
The bust boasts an incredible level of details, right down to the texture of the armor, the mechanical details of the gauntlet, the slightly protruding Batman symbol (which is actually a Batarang in the movie), and the beard stubble of Pattinson’s lower face.
The life-size bust is presented on a base shaped according to the official promotional materials, featuring a gargoyle symbolizing the demon within the hero, and the fine line between good and evil.
The gargoyle figurine magnetically attaches to the main platform and can be removed to be displayed on its own.
Also on the base is an inscription of the Riddler’s first riddle for the Gotham City Police Department.
The bust further features artificial eyes and rooted hair technology for added realism. All told, the 1:1 bust measures 36.42 inches (92.5 cm) tall, 31.19 inches (79.2 cm) wide, and 25.67 inches (65.2 cm) deep, and tips the scales at a hefty 44 lbs (20 kilograms).
The Infinity Studio x Penguin Toys The Batman Life-size Bust is available to order now from Sideshow for the aforementioned US$3,493.
