Isuzu D-Max AT35-based Basecamp

Most people see an Isuzu as a workhorse. And it is. But with a little imagination and creativity, Isuzu trucks are more than just commercial vehicles. It has been demonstrated at the Tokyo Auto Salon, and now, it brings the concept to the U.K., but this time, it is all about camping adventures. Folks, meet the adventure-ready Isuzu Basecamp.

Isuzu D-Max AT35-based Basecamp

Built on the already rugged Isuzu D-Max AT35, this off-road beast has been fine-tuned with help from Arctic Trucks to handle the great outdoors. It rolls on 35-inch tyres, features lifted Bilstein suspension, and comes loaded with ARB and Lazer accessories to turn any remote spot into a full-fledged campsite.

Camping, But Make It Luxurious

Forget flimsy tents and canned beans. The Basecamp setup includes:

  • ARB Esperance Rooftop Tent – Camp above ground, away from creepy crawlies
  • ARB Outback Drawers & Slide Kitchen – Organised storage and a built-in stove for proper meals
  • ARB Zero Single-Zone Electric Coolbox – Keeps food and drinks chilled
  • ARB Ensuite Tent with Powered Shower – Stay fresh, even in the wild
  • Lazer Lightbars – Because night-time visibility is a must off-road

Custom-Build Your Own

The Basecamp isn’t a factory model, but Isuzu dealers offering the D-Max AT35 can help customers spec their own. All accessories are available through Isuzu’s dealer network. Pricing is not available but IK have a feeling that it will be more affordable than Cybertruck basecamp.
