remember La Boite Concept? the French firm that gives you the beautiful laptop speaker table? well, they are back with something retro-licious and fun. this time a one-piece stereophonic unit, dubbed La Premiere, with a design inspired by the arcade machine cabinet. on the sound department, it has a single unit three-way stereo loudspeaker which includes two 10-inch carbon subwoofers, two 5-inch fiberglass midrange drivers and two soft dome tweeters.

La Premiere comes packed with an Apple Mac Mini, a Hi-Fi amplifier (two x 80 RMS), an iPhone/iPod dock and a 22-inch HDTV. with all these packed into the La Premiere, it still has room for four storage compartments to fit other gadgets such as a game console, turntable or video projector. however, no details on the Mac Mini model specifications or what’s the make and model of the HDTV. two colors will be available, yellow on dark wood, and white on light wood.
only limited numbers are available with 6 available for the yellow and 20 for the white version. at the time of this posting only 13 of the white remains. La Boite has an interesting video for this awesome cabinet, check it out after the jump. come to think of it, the Premiere matches the iCade iPad Arcade Cabinet pretty well. isn’t it? if only the La Boite item has a matching retro rainbow paint job, that will be awesome.
