Lamborghini cars are expensive, but any richie rich who needs to be above the rest of the “regular” Lamborghini owners, the Raging Bull marque sometimes does offer exclusive models that having a lot of money will not guarantee you one. You have to be fast, or on the Italian marque’s ‘nice list’. Or maybe just has an agent who knows your pocket. One of the newest desirable exotic hypercars is the Lamborghini Fenomeno. Revealed on August 15, the Lamborghini Fenomeno is a ‘few-off’ limited edition of just 29 cars that celebrates the brand’s heritage of exclusive models.
And what a celebration it is. This rolling spaceship packs a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 screaming to 9500 rpm, backed by three electric motors. The result is a power output that borders on mythical: 1,080 Cv (1,065 HP). The torques are pretty alarming, too. The engine produces 725 Nm (535 lb-ft) while the three electric motors put out 700 Nm (516). With so much power and torque, the Fenomeno wipes the century sprint (0-62 mph) in 2.4 seconds and does zero to 200 (124 mph) in 6.7. Weight-to-power ratio sits at a ridiculous 1.64 kg/cv. The longtail carbon-fiber body doesn’t just look fast—it’s been wind-sculpted to slice air like a missile. There’s an S-Duct up front, NACA ducts down the side, and a roof profile that basically weaponizes airflow. It’s 30 percent more efficient at cooling than any of its V12 siblings, and every vent, wing, and carbon fiber surface has something angry and aerodynamic to say.
Inside, the cabin ditches knobs for triple screens and minimalism. The bucket seats, door panels, and center console are all forged from carbon. Even the air vents are 3D-printed. There’s ambient lighting, but only the kind that makes you feel like you’re booting up a hyperdrive.
Lamborghini says it’s a design manifesto. And sure, it is. But it’s also a brag you can park, assuming you were quick enough to get one. Speaking of which, Lamborghini didn’t say how much it costs. But let’s be honest, if your name wasn’t already on the list, you’re not getting one. And if it was, you probably already have two.
