Arguably one of the most iconic skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, New York, is the nearly 90-year-old Empire State Building. Being a historic building, Empire State Building is certainly no stranger to LEGO sets. It was a simple LEGO architecture set and later, part of the New York City skyline set, but none of those do any justice to this imposing building. However, that changes with this upcoming massive set, LEGO 21046 Architecture Empire State Building.

It has 1,767 elements and towers at a cool 55 centimeters (22 inches, or 1.8 feet) when built. Now, that’s justice done for this beloved architecture. The set was not revealed by LEGO though; it was revealed in a listing by Belgian retailer Toy Champ which also stated that it will be released sometime in August 2019 for a RRP of 99.99 euro. At this point that’s all we know about this set, but from the images we can see it has very nice details, including the streets on two sides of the building (W 35th & 5th Ave, I believe) complete with a few yellow cars (Taxicabs, maybe?).
