McLaren Elva is out of reach for many, even for the affluent – if they did not act on it fast. After all, there were just 399 examples of US$1.8 million car. The good news is, there is actually a McLaren Elva (or any McLaren for that matter) almost anyone can afford.
It is the LEGO 76920 Speed Champions McLaren Elva. That’s right. It’s another Speed Champions for McLaren following the awesome McLaren Senna and the third LEGO in recent years after the LEGO 42123 Technics Senna GTR.
The LEGO 76920 Speed Champions McLaren Elva may have just 263 pieces, but it is actually quite a decent replica of there world’s most exclusive open-top speedsters.
The car measures over 1.5” (4 cm) tall, 6” (16 cm) long and 3” (7 cm) wide and each playset comes with a minifigure inspired by McLaren Automotive’s Principal Development Engineer for Ultimate Series, Rachel Brown, complete in race suit, helmet and a wrench.
