LEGO Icons Jazz Club (10312)

Ever dream of building a LEGO town of your own? If yes, then the LEGO Modular Building Collection is your dream come true. Joining the LEGO Icons Boutique Hotel (10297) (US$229.99) and LEGO Icons Police Station (10278) (US$199.99) is the new LEGO Icons Jazz Club (10312).

As per the retail box, it looks like this new AFOL set slots between the two (10297 and 10278). I have never seen a police station beside a jazz club but it still looks super dope. And it is pretty exhilarating seeing the street forming up.

The hottest music venue in (LEGO) town packs 2,899 pieces and is divided into five key sections, including the Jazz Club, a Pizzeria, a Managerial office, a Tailor’s workshop, a Dressing Room, and a Rooftop Green House on the lower roof.

This being the Modular Building Collection, each of the key sections can be removed to reveal the detailed decorations and interiors like the jazz stage with musical instruments, seats and tables, pizza oven and pizzeria counter, and more.

The set comes with eight minifigures, including a Jazz Singer, Bassist, Drummer, Pizza Chef, Pizza Delivery Driver, Club Manager, Tailor, and Magician.

It is worth mentioning that the decorated elements require no stickers. Kudos for that. I hate stickers because they peel off in a matter of years. It sucks. I couldn’t even look at my LEGO Spongebob. Ugh.

Anyhoo, when completed, the set measures over 11.5 in. (30 cm) high, 10 in. (25 cm) wide, and 10 in. (26 cm) deep. The LEGO Icons Jazz Club (10312) is set to drop on January 04, 2023, for US$229.99.
