Exciting news for Peanuts fans! The comic strip may have ended 25 years ago, but the spirit of Charlie Brown and friends—especially his ever-imaginative beagle, Snoopy, and Snoopy’s loyal sidekick, Woodstock—lives on. And soon, the dynamic duo (who somehow turned a doghouse into an airplane) will officially become a LEGO set, thanks to Snoopy superfan Robert Becker, aka bossofdos64.

Becker’s proposed Snoopy – Campfire set not only racked up 10,000 votes on LEGO Ideas but was also recently greenlit as an official LEGO Ideas release—joining the Floating Sea Otter set by Maximilian Lambrecht, aka HisBrickMaterials. More on that in a bit.
Bossofdos64’s Snoopy – Campfire set uses 340 pieces to bring the lovable beagle and his little birdie friend to life in brick form. The scene features the duo spending some quality time around a campfire, each holding a marshmallow on a stick—because campfire and s’mores go hand-in-hand—even in brick-built form. Of course, what you see here isn’t the final product. Now that it’s been approved, LEGO’s designers will tweak it to ensure it’s market-ready.
Meanwhile, another set that made the cut is the Floating Sea Otter by HisBrickMaterials. This brick-built tribute to one of nature’s most adorable (yet surprisingly feisty) creatures features an otter floating on water, just vibing. It comes with movable parts, including articulated paws, a tilting head, and a mouth that probably isn’t for cracking open shellfish—but we can pretend. The water is recreated using an array of transparent blue elements, complete with aquatic plants for that extra touch of realism.
Very cool build. But let’s be real—Snoopy is the star of this LEGO Ideas review round. Congrats to both Robert Becker and Maximilian Lambrecht!
