It took a while but the proposed LEGO Ideas set based on the Halloween Town Hall from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is finally officially listed. The LEGO Ideas Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (21351) set is imbued with the same charming ghoulish delight that made the film what it is.
The set, created by LEGO Ideas member Simon Scott aka Tvrulesmylife, lets you recreate the three iconic locations from the cult 1993 stop motion feature film with plastic bricks, namely, Disney’s Spiral Hill, Jack Skellington’s house, and Halloween Town Hall.
Key features include a lift-off roof to reveal Disney Jack Skellington’s Christmas formula, a detailed graveyard, a walking bathtub (but, of course!), and the Town Hall lectern where Jack delivered his famous speech. Included with the set are no less than 8 beloved The Nightmare Before Christmas characters, including Jack Skellington, Sally, Santa Claus, Lock, Shock, Barrel, Zero the Dog, and a two-faced brick-built figure of The Mayor.
The LEGO Ideas Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (21351) set packs a cool 2,196 pieces and when completed, it measures a shelf-space devouring 48.2 cm wide, 27.8 cm long, and towers at 31.2 cm tall.
