Leica M10 Monochrom “Leitz Wetzlar” Camera

Apparently, last year’s the “Leitz Wetzlar” edition of the monochrome shooter from Leica, the Leica M Monochrom was met with warm reception. To keep up with the demand, Leica has released yet another Leitz Wetzlar edition black & white shooter, this time, with the M10 Monochrom introduced earlier this year.

The Leica M10 Monochrom “Leitz Wetzlar” Camera features “Leitz Wetzlar” engrave on the top cover. The black & white connoisseur shooter is complemented by a Summilux-M 1:1.4/35 ASPH. Leitz Wetzlar” which has inscriptions inked in grey and white. Very subtle, I must say. In addition, “Leitz Wetzlar” can be found engraved on the front ring of the lens too.

Do note that the lens does not come with the limited edition camera. It have to be purchased separately. Leica M10 Monochrom “Leitz Wetzlar” Camera is limited to 650 units worldwide while the special lens has just 500 units.

Leitz Wetzlar Summilux M 1.4-35 Lens

The Leica M10 Monochrom “Leitz Wetzlar” and the Summilux-M 1:1.4/35 ASPH. “Leitz Wetzlar” lens are available now for $8,295 and $6,195, respectively.
