Calling fans of Ducati. You wouldn’t want to miss out on this special edition Lenovo Ducati 5 laptop. Call me superficial or whatever, but I am seriously digging the Lenovo Ducati 5. But let it be known that, like so many similar collaborations, the Ducati treatment does not goes beyond cosmetics.
Actually that is quite obvious. They can’t possibly outfit the laptop with Ducati fairing, can they? Speaking of cosmetics, the laptop features wrap-around racing stripes with the words “Ducati Corse” on it and each rig will come with a colorful gift box and companion carrying sleeve with an emblazoned Ducati shield.
As an extra, the usual Lenovo branding is in Ducati red on silver. That’s actually a pretty neat touch and not to mention, consistent with the look.
Under the hood, this premium 14-inch Windows 10 laptop is powered by up to 10th-generation Intel Core i5 processors with Intel integrated graphics, 8 GB DDR4 RAM and a terabyte of SSD PCIe storage.
Other highlights include a 14-inch FHD IPS display with razor-thin bezels, optional white backlit keyboard, power button with built-in fingerprint reader, HD webcam with integrated privacy shutter, upward-facing speakers, Dolby Audio, USB-C port, and a 12-hour battery that supports Rapid Charge.
The special edition 14-inch Lenovo Ducati 5 will be available at select market starting April 2020 with a starting price of 899 euros (about $666).
