our love for non-road legal cars are just as strong as our adoration for street legal rides. especially it is all souped up, ready for some serious track business. the Lexus RC F GT3 Racing Concept is one such ride that has us all over it. you know? it is race-prepped, complete with the mandatory widebody aero kit, plump rubbers, massive GT wing, roll cage, fire suppressor and all. based on the RC F, the Lexus RC F GT3 Racing Concept was recently unveiled at Palexpo in Geneva and with this race-prepped GT3-compliant (as certified by FIA, of course) race car, Lexus is aiming to supply them to racing teams beginning in 2015 (ok. shall we ignore the word “concept” here?), but between now and then, Lexus will be putting the vehicle through a series of tests.

being GT3-compliant, this 2,755.8 lbs (1,250 kg) beast has a varied choice of races, including the 24 Hours of Nürburgring race and the Super Taikyu Endurance and Super GT series. under the skin, it is fitted a modified version of the base RC F’s V8 petrol engine, pushing out over 540 horses and the car is naturally, souped up with all necessary “race car standards”. if you happen to be at Geneva, you can catch the car in person at the 84th Geneva International Motor Show from now till March 16 at Palexpo Hall 4, at stand number 4211. if not, we have a few more images in the gallery below for you to drool over – after which, you probably have to wait till 2015’s motorsports season to catch this luxury car-turn-beast in action.
