If you have thought about cosplaying as Matt Trakker from the M.A.S.K. series, well, Ramen Toy has you covered, too—well, at least for the helmet part of the getup. Meet the Makina Labs Mads Hawking Helmet, a 1:1 scale helmet of, well, Mads Hawking, which is Ramen Toy’s nod to Matt Trakker.

The helmet is Trakker’s Spectrum helmet, but it is, obviously, not imbued with powers like in the cartoon series. So no, it does not have control over light or every source of energy. Neither will it emit sound waves of any given frequency. Instead, the too-accurate “REVO” blue visor serves as actual shades (as in sunglasses), complete with UV protection and a VLT rating of 13.71%.
This headgear also boasts a feature that makes it wearable: it doubles as a respirator mask with replaceable filter gauze and a breathable airflow system. A thoughtful touch that makes it more bearable if you are spending long hours at a convention. Also on the inside are adjustable head straps to ensure a proper fit for most head sizes.
But it is not a safety helmet. It is a collector’s item, which can be used as part of your cosplay getup.
This real-life Spectrum mask is constructed from ABS and manufactured using fully tooled injection molding—not some cheap 3D-printed example. It measures 26.7 cm wide, 37.2 cm tall, and 29.6 cm deep (10.5 x 14.5 x 11.6 inches).
The Makina Labs Mads Hawking Helmet is available for pre-order at an early bird price of US$145 (U.P. US$199) plus shipping, with delivery planned for Q3 2026.
