Guitar amplifier maker Marshall’s Marshall Headphones has announced yet another new audio cans. This time it is the company’s first wireless over-ear headphones called Marshall Monitor Bluetooth. Marshall Headphones fans who loafed on-ear variety (which is pretty much what the company has offered to date) like I do will definitely be elated. The Monitor is presented in Marshall’s signature matte black finish and boasts custom tuned 40mm dynamic drivers that promised to deliver exceptional hifi sound that “perfectly balances clarity and bass with a wide frequency range.” Leveraging on an ergonomic over-ear construction, Monitor will deliver the aforementioned audio while offering superior noise isolation that you can enjoy for hours on end.
Speaking of hours, Monitor also boasts a battery pack that’s good for more than 30 hours, but in case that runs out, there’s always the included 3.5mm cable to fall back on. Audio streaming is achieved via Bluetooth aptX technology – the best there’s at this point for audio wireless streaming- providing up to 30 feet of wireless audio enjoyment. Aesthetically, the Monitor, like its stablemates, features leather bits and bronze hardware, including a lone button that lets you control the headphones and the your device, as well as the 3.5mm headphone jack.
In other words, it is a beauty that needs no introduction or further emphasis. No, really. I have always adore Marshall Headphones’ design aesthetic and there’s no exception with this one either. The Marshall Headphones Monitor Bluetooth Headphones is available as we speak from Marshall Headphones website, priced at $249 a pop.
