Great, the annoying and yet sometimes hilarious nemesis from the second Gremlins movie, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, is fugly. It, like the rest of the Gremlins, has a face only a mother could love. But the latest Gremlins creation by Mattel isn’t fugly. In fact, it is the opposite. It actually looks pretty and kinda sassy.
The latest doll to join Mattel’s scream-worthy Monster High Skullector series is the Gremlins 2: The New Batch Greta Doll.
It is “boo-biful” version of the iconic, sole-surviving gremlin is chockfull of details, including her signature “gore-geous” leopard dress, spiked stilettos, ghoulish-green locks, the red, pouty lips, and film-inspired accessories accompanied by a love-shaped handbag decorated with a Gremlin motif and miniature Gizmo – which you should totally not let it come into contact with water or let him eat after midnight because there is no guarantee it will become as pretty as this Greta.
The Mattel Gremlins 2: The New Batch Greta Doll will be available from creations.mattel.com for US$60 in a few hours’ time, on October 29, 2021, 9 AM Pacific Standard Time.
