Montblanc Summit 3 Smartwatch

When Samsung Galaxy Watch4 was launched, it brought a renewed hope for Wear OS. Many were hopeful it will arrive on other smartwatches. However, Wear OS 3 has yet to land on any smartwatch, well, that’s until now. Montblanc’s follow-up to its popular Summit 2 smartwatches, Summit 3, will be powered by Wear OS 3.

The new Montblanc Summit 3 Smartwatch will become the only smartwatch to feature Wear OS 3 besides Samsung Galaxy Watch4. The new Montblanc Summit 3 range includes three flavors: Titanium, Black Titanium, and Bicolor Titanium.

Key features include a 1.28-inch circular AMOLED display with 416 x 416 resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+ chip, a gigabyte of RAM and 8GB storage, supports Google Fast Pair, heart rate sensor, blood-oxygen monitoring, stress measurement, sleep monitoring, built-in microphone for calls, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, and NFC that supports Google Pay.

It has quite a several sensors for a smartwatch, which includes an ambient light sensor which I consider a must-have if you care about reading time under different lighting conditions.

As you may have already noticed, the new smart timepiece from the German luxury brand has three buttons. There is a rotating crown with vertical ridges, a programmable button, and one for launching apps.
