Well, MOTU200X Masters of the Universe 1/12 He-Man will not be a “hero bully” by being larger than regular-size Skeletor because Prince Adam’s archenemy has been given the MOTU200X Masters of the Universe 1/12 treatment. And boy, is this baddy looking fantastic!

Mondo’s MOTU200X Skeletor finally brings balance back to Eternia’s shelf politics. Standing at 7.5 inches tall, or about 19 centimeters for the metric-minded, this Skeletor is scaled properly to glare menacingly at He-Man without needing a step stool or a therapy session. It takes the aggressive, angular 200X design and shrinks it down without losing any of the menace, attitude, or skull-faced sass that made this version so memorable.

The figure features a fully poseable two-layer cape that flows dramatically whether Skeletor is monologuing, plotting, or getting punted off a cliff for the thousandth time. A dynamic flight stand is included, letting him float, hover, or make a dramatic escape when things inevitably go sideways. Sculpted by Tommy Hodges and painted by Mark Bristow, the figure looks like it leapt straight out of the animated series and into your display cabinet, fully aware it is the star.

There are two versions to choose from. The standard edition already comes loaded with personality, featuring multiple swappable hands, a classic neutral skull portrait, a red-eye portrait, a gas mask, the Havoc Staff, and a double-blade sword. It is more than enough to recreate Skeletor’s greatest hits of villainy.

Then there is the Timed Edition, which dials things up further. This version adds extra portraits, including worried and raised-eyebrow expressions, plus a flaming Havoc Staff and additional accessories. It is Skeletor at maximum drama, which feels entirely appropriate.

Both versions are made from PVC and ABS, feel satisfyingly solid, and are expected to ship in August 2026. The standard edition is priced at US$95, while the Timed Edition goes for US$115, tariff surcharge warnings included. Eternia has never looked so well-balanced.
