Electric kickscooter is like smartphone; it is pretty stale at this point in the areas of design and features. So, it probably comes down to two things when choosing one: brand reliability and feature set.
As far as reliability goes the name Segway Ninebot should be quite up there and as for feature set, the Ninebot Kickscooter F Series should be quite up there as well.
The Ninebot Kickscooter F Series is marketed as “Function Fashion Fun” scooter. However, it is not and can never as flashy as the ones touched by Christian Cowan.
It is sleek as a scooter goes, though. Just enough of sleek.
I can’t say if it is affordable because, obviously, there are many out there that as cost the same US$529 or even less, but it’s a Segway Ninebot and so…
Anywho, with the Ninebot Kickscooter F Series, expect features like top speed of up to 18.6 mph, up to 25-mile range, power to climb up to 20% gradient, 10-inch pneumatic tires, integrated LED headlight, built-in digital dash, quick folding system, IPX5 rated construction, and 3 riding modes (energy saving, standard and sports).
Like I have said, it is just another kickscooter for zipping around urban areas, but if the numbers tickle your fancy and you just so happen to be in the market for one, then perhaps, you may want to consider picking up the Ninebot Kickscooter F Series on Indiegogo.
