If a head-turning, super sleek electric scooter isn’t your cuppa because it can’t go onto the metro, fret not. We stumbled across a last-mile electric ride that can totally go with you on the subway. Meet the PARSEC Aero Pro Electric Skateboard—yes, it’s as sleek and futuristic as the Bo M but in a form factor you can carry like a briefcase.

Built for performance junkies and casual commuters alike, this high-tech e-skateboard comes in two models: the S and the X. Both feature a lightweight yet ridiculously strong T800 carbon fiber deck that can withstand a staggering 1,746 lbs (793 kg) of force—so unless you plan to park your car on it, durability won’t be an issue.
It’s powered by dual Hobbywing 5250 rear-wheel-drive motors, delivering a smooth and powerful ride. The S model packs a 222-Wh battery for a range of 14 miles (23 km), while the X doubles that with a 444-Wh battery and a 32-mile (53 km) range. Speed demons will appreciate its 27 mph (43 km/h) top speed, making it one of the fastest electric skateboards around.
PARSEC’s proprietary Efficient Precision Idler-Controlled (EPIC) drivetrain keeps resistance low and belt removal easy, making maintenance a breeze. The low-sitting deck provides stability, and the built-in handle ensures portability. At just 15.5 lbs (7 kg) for the S and 18.3 lbs (8.3 kg) for the X, it won’t break your back when carrying it around.
The Aero Pro is up for pre-order, starting at US$1,399 for the S model and US$1,599 for the X. For those looking to cruise in style without being banned from public transport, this might just be the ride to get.
