you have to admit that camera and bathroom never goes hand-in-hand. it is taboo, to say the least and associated with many nasty things which we are not about to list it out, but things might be a little different with this ‘instant camera’, dubbed as Pola Roll. before you start freaking out and scoff at the idea of a camera being fixed to the wall of your bathroom, or right next to your throne to be precise, let us assure you that the Pola Roll is not a real instant camera – it just happen to look like the iconic Polaroid Land 1000 camera and it holds toilet paper instead of instant film. all you have to do is to replace your existing toilet paper holder, or whatever, load it up with a fresh roll of crisp, white toilet paper (or some fancy dolphin prints t.p. of your choice) and pretty much ready to roll.

hmmm. i wonder what will the folks at Polaroid think of this? especially when the “film” cost a fraction of the firm’s and you need not buy from them. that said, we have no idea how long more the Pola Roll will be around before the those legal beagle decides to swoop in and wipe it clean from the face of the Internet, which also brings us to the good news of this product: it is actually something you can own for just €19.95, or about US$28, based on the current going rate. available through DOIY Design. more look at this novel toilet paper holder after the break.
