Puma is having a blast on the basketball court. Leveraging star NBA and WNBA players like Scoot Henderson, LaMelo Ball, and Breanna Stewart, it wants to be recognized as the performance basketball shoe of choice. As if that isn’t enough, the German sports shoe maker has signed Scoot Henderson’s signature model, Puma Scoot Zero, into an unlikely collab with PepsiCo’s Cheetos. Seriously, footwear and food or snacks is something I never quite expected but it will not be last for PepsiCo.
Anyways, so yeah, Puma’s diving into the snack drawer with its latest hoops shoe collab, teaming up with Cheetos for a fiery spin on Scoot Henderson’s Puma Scoot Zero, aptly called Puma Hoops x Cheetos Scoot Zeros Men’s Basketball Shoes. This sneaker drops a full-court press of bold, snack-inspired style, featuring a cheetah print and a color scheme that screams Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. It’s not just about turning heads though; with a PROFOAM EVA midsole and a grippy rubber outsole, these kicks are built to perform on the basketball court.
The Puma Hoops x Cheetos Scoot Zeros Men’s Basketball Shoes have hit the shelves (and online) in men’s sizes, retailing at US$110. So, if you’ve ever dreamed of dribbling down the court leaving a trail of cheesy dust, your moment has arrived. The collab is not limited to the court. This pair of spicy kicks joins the Puma x Cheetos RS-X FH Men’s Sneakers, the Puma x Cheetos Suede Men’s Sneakers, as well as super cool apparel including Men’s Hoodie, Men’s Shorts, a cap, tees, and a long sleeve tee.
