Secretlab is the first gaming chair maker and neither are they the first to adopt the racing car seat design but anyone who owns one can attest to its quality, design, and ergonomics. But if the steep price of the company’s flagship TITAN Evo has stopped you from picking up the gaming throne, then you will be glad that Secretlab has just launched a slightly affordable model, aptly dubbed Secretlab TITAN Evo Lite.
For about a hundred dollars less, you get a slightly watered-down TITAN Evo. The new Lite version is almost identical to the regular TITAN Evo with the key difference that it lacks the adjustable lumbar support. Instead, it offers a fixed lumbar arch to support the curve of your lower back.
Other differences include the lack of a small size option (it only has Regular and XL), the Magnetic Memory Foam Head Pillow with Cooling Gel is sold separately, 4D armrests do not have interchangeable tops, and the Regular size has nylon wheelbase as opposed to the aluminum.
Beyond that, the Lite still gets the same upholstery options (no collab models, though), and it is compatible with Secretlab SKINS. It is also compatible with Secretlab Lumbar Pillows and features the same ergonomic design as the flagship chair, which includes a patent-pending cold-cure foam seat, and a waterfall edge that reduces pressure on the posterior thighs.
The chair also boasts the same multi-tilt mechanism, 165° recline, high-durability carbon structural steel frame, PU casters, and anti-counterfeit NFC tag.
The new Secretlab TITAN Evo Lite Gaming Chair is available now with a starting price of US$449.
