As a prelude to announcing its flagship mobile device on February 24, Sony Europe has revealed an entry-level Xperia device, the Sony Xperia L4. It really is an entry-level device as it is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 MT6762 (Arm Cortex-A53, octacore 2.0 GHz) with just 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.

The modest storage is expandable up to 512 GB via microSDXC support, though. It has a 6.2″ HD+ LCD with a notch that houses an 8 MP selfie camera. Like all Xperia we see in recent time, it has a longish 21:9 aspect ratio.

Rear snapper is a tri-camera set-up consisting of 13 MP main sensor, a 5 MP wide-angle camera and 2 MP depth camera.
