can’t get enough of odd looking lamps? well, here is another to add to the list. introducing the Wooden Bulb from Suck UK. it is a bulb, but then again, we all know bulb can’t be made of wood. so here’s the clever thing about this lamp: crafted from laser cut plywood, it is shaped like a giant-sized light bulb and within it, is your run-of-the-mill light bulb. technically, it is still a wooden bulb, isn’t it? designed by Barend Hemmes, the laser cut wood leaves a crisp burned edge and thus, giving it a waffle-like grow. it can be hung from the ceiling or laid on its side on the desk or floor for those artistic touch, but whichever way you choose, it is definitely going to be a conversational piece in any home and probably reminds people that they haven’t been eating waffle for a long time.
