Captain Marvel Gets Immortalized In LEGO In This SDCC Exclusive Set

I am not much a fan of LEGO Superheroes series, but I have say that this LEGO 77902 Captain Marvel and the Asis kind of had me. The 271-piece set is a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive that features the minifigure of the most powerful superhero in Marvel’s Universe, along with her air/spacecraft Asis. We love how the set comes with so much details, in spite it being a fairly small set and also, the aircraft gets a stand. A stand! Imagine that! A 271-piece set with a vehicle that comes with a stand. I don’t believe I have ever see that previously. Continue reading Captain Marvel Gets Immortalized In LEGO In This SDCC Exclusive Set

S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Bring Captain Marvel Up To Speed In This Funny Audi Ad

Whether or not you are pumped about the Marvel’s Avengers: Endgame hitting the theaters this week, you will want to watch the fully-electric Audi e-tron SUV commercial starring Brie Larson as Carol Denver AKA Captain Marvel. Usually, I am not into this (I have nothing against commercials – in case you are wondering), but this one here is too funny not to share. Continue reading S.H.I.E.L.D. Citizen’s New Captain Marvel Timepieces Are Just Way To Subtle

Japanese watch maker, Citizen, is no stranger to turning out Marvel-themed timepieces. It already have a bunch of them under its belt and earlier this month, the vast collection of Marvel-related watches grew to include three pieces of Captain Marvel watches (FE7062-51W, FE6101-05W and EM0596-58W). Captain Marvel Is Set In The 90s And So, It Is Only Right It Has Got A 90s Website

Never mind if you are too young to know what the websites of the 1990s looked like because, the highly anticipated, first MCU female superhero flick, Captain Marvel, has a movie promo website that is styled exactly like the websites of the 90s. Ahhh.. nostalgic indeed. It really brings us back to the time of Geocities, Angelfire, Netscape Navigator and the good old, sound of the modem crackling and ringing during a dial-up from our trusty (or not) 28.8 kbps dial-up. Geocities, btw, was how I started my first website. Yes, yours truly here is that old. Continue reading Captain Marvel Is Set In The 90s And So, It Is Only Right It Has Got A 90s Website

Since after the first official look of Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, Marvel is quick to dish out the very first trailer of the movie and boy, am I all pumped up. As expected from Marvel Studio, this newest superhero flick is all about action, action and more action. Unlike, you know, which studio. Anywho, in case you haven’t heard, Captain Marvel is an origin story (like, obviously right?), which means the entire movie is set in the 90s, pre-dating, you guess it, The Avengers. This is not set photos you may have already seen. What you see here is the first official look at Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers, AKA Captain Marvel, complete in her here-on-Earth superheroine getup. And it is not the green/turquoise, Green Lantern vibe suit you saw previously. The green suit will be part of it as the set images have shown, but how it ended up in the red/blue iteration is not clear.
