Olympic Skier Created Sunglasses That You Want To Check It Out

If there’s one person who knows sunglasses, it would be someone who practically lives by it. Professional skier and two times Olympic Gold Medalist,Ted Ligety, is one such person. He has co-founded SHRED, an optic company that, like many before it, wants to take a stab at an industry dominated by a handful of big brand names. The company’s first sunglasses not only looks cool, but also boasts non-industry norm liquid-cast urethane lenses. Not surprising for the demand on the materials used, after all, the other founder is the guru of materials, Carlo Salmini, who himself is a materials engineering hailed from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Matte reflective sunglasses (or shades, as some would call it) is a fad now, or at least, it is starting to gain some traction now. Fello: Affordable Premium Quality Sunglasses That Gives Too

A decent pair of quality sunglasses is not cheap, much less one of ‘high-quality’. The latter is usually offered by big corporations, like Alain Mikli, Oakley, Ray-Ban, Starck Eyes and the likes. No. Wait. In fact, all those brands and over ten others are under the same company called Luxottica and hence, basically, you are in for a possible price manipulation. Sun, Shade, Sun, Shade, Sun, then Shade again. Sounds familiar? Well, it will be if you are an active person doing activities like cycling or running in the late afternoon. You can beat the glaring sun with sunglasses, but you’d be in the dark when you enter a shady area. Kind of annoying, isn’t it? Not if you have CTRL One LCD Tint Changing Glasses. This come as an odd collaboration to us. Echo Specs Puts Fish Finder Data Right on Sunglasses, Sounds Like a Dream Come True for Anglers

There is the sun and there are fishes to be located, so why not put that angler must-have information right on a pair of sunglasses? Well, at least that’s what Echo Specs is proposing with Echo Specs Fish Finder Display Glasses. It kind of makes sense, since such concept has already existed for skiers, so why not one for anglers? What it does is, it pulls the data from your existing fish finder on your boat and wirelessly transmit them to Echo Specs, displaying the depth, fish location, water temperature and whatnot on the glasses. Think of it as a Head-up Display of sort for your fish finder, so you can get those critical information without being bound to one spot.
