TETWO Toyota Land Cruiser Kiddie Rides

We’ve seen kiddie rides that dig, mop, and look like they just rolled out of a Bond movie. But rest assured, nothing—and we mean nothing—will prepare you for a kiddie ride that pulls another kiddie ride, or comes with its own camper van. Enter the gloriously overbuilt, wildly unnecessary, and completely irresistible TETWO Toyota Land Cruiser Kiddie Rides.

Made by TESEVEN, the French Land Cruiser restoration experts, these pint-sized electric Land Cruisers aren’t just toys. They’re miniature homages to off-road legends, made by the same folks who restore the real things. And they’ve gone all in. There are three models: First Edition, Dune 416, and MxV.

The First Edition is the peak absurdity—in the best way—featuring not one, but two rides (Rally-raid and Baja) plus a trailer, all hand-built in France and limited to 25 units. Each comes with an automated, numbered podium and a price tag of 40,000 euros (around US$43,000), not including tax or shipping.

The MxV Rally-raid and Baja both pack a 48V electric motor pushing up to 1000 watts, letting the ride top out at 50 km/h (31 mph)—with a childproof limiter, of course. Hydraulic disc brakes, forged blade suspension, aluminum bodies, and LED headlight arrays all add to the ridiculous realism. They even include dummy winches, dummy snorkels, and actual glove boxes.

Then there’s the Dune 416, finished in desert beige and designed for kids in the Middle East. This one adds a tent with solar panels, an off-road trailer, and yes, a place for the kid to nap after conquering the sandbox. It’s also limited to 25 units, and the price is on request—which usually means “expensive, but worth bragging about.”

There’s also the customizable MxV Landcruiser 40, with colors like pink and yellow, and room for one adult to join the fun (legs permitting).

This is what happens when hardcore restoration geeks get into kids’ toys—and honestly, we’re here for it.
