the Cartella features a leather bound cover with frame made out of Baltic Birch wood finished with a hardy Eco-friendly water based urethane and a large pocket space for documents you need on the go. though, i would think inserting anything other than a piece of paper who bulk out the cover, which is not a sight i personally would opt for. securing the MacBook Air in place are Pad & Quill’s proprietary bumper form materials. the frame has cut outs for access to all major ports and the portfolio book can be folded all the way back, turning it into a laptop stand.
