It will be another 6 months before the new Transformers: Rise of the Beast hit the theaters but already, Hasbro has pushed out two toys based on the latest Transformers flick, the Transformers Studio Series Deluxe 100 Bumblebee and Transformers Studio Series Voyager 99 Battletrap.
The Bumblebee toy stands 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) and converts from a robot to a Chevrolet Camaro in 23 steps. The figure is inspired by the movie and comes supplied with Bee’s iconic Stinger Blaster as well as arm blade accessories.
This being a Studio Series, it comes with a backdrop scene that features, spoiler alert, the Volcano Showdown. Bumblebee’s alt mode is, of course, inherited from the 2018’s Bumblebee movie.
Meanwhile, the Battletrap toy is a Voyager-class toy that towers over Bee at 6.5 inches (16.5 cm). Battletrap converts from a robot to a licensed GMC tow truck in 30 steps and it comes with a mace accessory, and removable backdrop display, featuring, spoiler alert, the Attack of the Museum scene.
Both figures are recommended for ages 8 and up.
If you are down, both Transformers Studio Series Deluxe 100 Bumblebee and Transformers Studio Series Voyager 99 Battletrap are up for pre-order on Hasbropulse.com for US$24.99 and US$34.99, respectively. The items will ship on approximately April 01, 2023.
