Transformers are also known as robots in disguise because they disguise themselves as virtually anything, including as a bat. Speaking of the bat, through the franchise’s history, there have been two varieties of Transformers bat: Ratbat and Mindwipe, and now, these two have been joined by the most infamous bat of all time: Dracula.
That’s right. It is yet another crossover, and this time, Hasbro’s Transformers has teamed up with Universal Monsters’ Dracula. However, this Count here is no longer an undead; it is now a robot called Draculus. It is a good thing (for humans) because instead of blood, it now feeds on Energon.
Inspired by the vampire from the 1931 Universal Pictures film, Dracula, Draculus converts from a robot to a bat in 23 steps. Each figure is accompanied by a Dracula-requisite cape, blaster, and an Impaler claw.
The Transformers x Universal Monsters Dracula Transforming Action Figure will drop on November 28 for US$31.99.
Pre-orders on both Hasbropulse.com and Target.com are all sold out. So, if you really want one, you will have to see if there are any stocks left when they hit the shelves on the said date.
