fancy using your smartphone to control every aspect of your life? if the answer is a resounding ‘yes’, then you are in for a treat. you can now use your trusty smartphone or tablet to do some lifting too and the device to do so is this myLIFTER Smart Lifting Device. mechanical lifter, motorized or not, is not uncommon and some may already have them installed in their garages, but they are expensive, cumbersome to install and most importantly, not smart enough. with the myLIFTER Smart Lifting Device, it is designed to be extremely compact and lightweight – measuring just 3 x 4.5 x 4.5 inches and tipping the scale at just 2 lbs (900+ grams) – and despite the size, it is totally capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
myLIFTER Smart Lifting Device comes packaged with the necessary hardware for mounting on the ceiling and once done, all you need to do is to hook up the power supply and launch the dedicated app, and you are pretty much all set for a smart lifting experience. the device features a built-in cable management system that keeps the 25-feet stainless steel cable from tangling up, even if raising or lowering without load. there is also a smartLift feature which allows you to program a preset high and low point of each item to lift and lower to. once those points are set, you will be able to lift or lower the item to the preset points at a touch of button. on the safety aspect, there is a safety braking system for locking the spool in place when not moving or if it loses power, and to prevent overloading, an in built safety feature will prevent the lifting from commencing if the load exceeds the 50 lbs limit.
