This is the new Bentley Mulliner Batur Coupé. The two-door grand touring coupé’s design and silhouette are a sneak of the new design language for the British luxury car maker and a hint of Bentley’s design for its future range of Battery Electric Vehicle.
We dig the new look. We thought the new Bentley Mulliner Batur Coupé has a modern-day muscle car vibe to it. It looks masculine and like a beast that is ready to pounce on other cars for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and maybe even supper. And it may well do so because the Bentley Mulliner Batur Coupé is the most powerful Bentley in history.
The new version of the iconic hand-assembled 6.0L W12 engine now produces 740 PS (730 HP) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. The powerful motor is complemented by the most advanced Bentley chassis ever, featuring Speed-tuned air suspension, eLSD, four-wheel steering, 48V electric active anti-roll bars, and torque vectoring.
Plus, the Bentley Mulliner Batur Coupé is offered with an array of options including but not limited to titanium components, sustainable Natural Fiber composites, and even 3D-printed 18K gold.
Each car has an asking price of each going for £1.65 million plus taxes and options (about US$1,939,130+). If think it is over-the-top expensive, well, the price is the least of your concern because only 18 series examples will be made and all of them have been reserved by Mulliner clients, with first deliveries expected in mid-2023.
But are you even surprised? I am surely not. Those who are rich enough to buy one don’t need a blog like us to tell them the Bentley Mulliner Batur Coupé is available for their taking. Bentley and/or the coachbuilder’s Concierge would have already told months ahead.
