the 2Face Backpack By Chivote bears no relation to the fictional district attorney-turn-psycho villain featured throughout Batman comics, but the product name does indeed has two faces, albeit a subtle one, that caters to those who wants a bag with a somewhat versatile look to go with their attire of the day. on one side, it has a smooth leather for that clean, minimalist look and on the other, it has a quilted leather face that adds a dash of sophistication and elegance to it. unlike some leather bags, the designers chose to go for all-leather exterior with the supple material being use on the wide padded straps too. the exterior may look fashionable and all, befitting any fashionista but on the inside, it is one aimed squarely at today’s gadget-toting folks.

it has padded pockets for laptop and tablet, keeping them safe from shocks and scratches, while additional padding around the bag offers even greater protection. it may sounds like an overkill (in the use of padding), but as far as gadget safety is concern, i guess we can’t say we can have too much of it. like a good gadget bag should, it has ample pockets – three zipper pockets with leather zipper pulls distributed across the ‘two faces’ and two side pockets – for your EDC like your smartphone, earphones, keys, small notebook and more. each bag is handcrafted by craftsmen using full grain and vegetable-tanned leather, taking care that stress points are duly reinforced with stitching and rivets to ensure product durability. last but not the least, the straps are removable which allows you to switch between the two faces in a matter of seconds. the 2Face Backpack By Chivote is yet to be a reality, but you can help make it happen by backing the product’s Kickstarter campaign for as low as £155 (or about US$260).
