Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H9 Wireless Headphones Updated

Is Bang & Olufsen having an update streak? Just recently, we saw the the Danish audio equipment maker updated its E8 true wireless earbuds, then the A9 got its third generation iteration and now, the Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H9 gets an update too. Aesthetically, it looks pretty much as the Beoplay H9i and that’s a good thing because, the H9i itself looks pretty sleek as is.

The real change here, however, is what’s under the hood, including a longer battery life as well as the support for Google Assistant. The former is actually quite impressive. The new B&O Beoplay H9 Wireless Headphones now boasts a cool 25 hours of wireless playtime on a single charge and if anyone’s counting, that’s a whole 7 hours longer over the H9i.

Like its predecessor, it comes with an audio cord for continue use in the event the battery conks out, as well as a replaceable battery so you can keep going wireless if you so desire. You can leverage on Google’s voice assistant baked into it by using a dedicated button found on the cans. The same button will also lets you connect trigger voice assistant on a connected device. On the right ear cup there is a touch control which you can use take calls, control music and tweak the volume.

Other notables include sound tuned by B&O sound engineers, active noise cancellation, Transparency Mode for hearing environment sounds when you need to, a new bass port for deeper bass performance, cushy adaptive memory foam over ear ear cups wrapped in soft lambskin, and a headband that’s polished and anodized aluminum, and wrapped in genuine cowhide leather.

The B&O Beoplay H9 Wireless Headphones is offered in Matte Black and Argilla Bright (a beige and gold colorway), and it is now available in exchange for $500 of your hard-earned money.
