Sony Xperia 10 VI Smartphone

If the Sony Xperia 1 VI is far too premium for your wallet, Sony also announced a follow-up to its mid-ranger Sony Xperia 10 series that should be easy on most people’s bank accounts. The new Sony Xperia 10 VI features a large capacity battery for 2-day use, a lightweight body (it’s just 164g) for easy one-hand operation, and a water-resistant display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for added durability.

The Sony Xperia 10 VI is powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Mobile Platform and the device is optimized for reduced power consumption and extended video playback. It is backed by 8 GB memory and 128 GB UFS storage, which is expandable up to 1.5 TB via microSDXC card.

This could be a budget content creator device – thanks to the new “Video Creator” app that enables easy video editing. OK. Maybe not quite but anyways, it has a dual camera setup comprising a 48 MP 1/2.0” Exmor RS for mobile sensor and an 8 MP 1/4” sensor wide-angle camera. Meanwhile, the front has an 8 MP 1/4” sensor selfie camera.

Other spec sheet details include a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with ‘Triluminous Display for mobile, front stereo speakers with a wider dynamic range than the previous model, IP65/IP68 rated for dust and waterproof, Hi-Res Audio, LDAC, a 3.5 mm audio jack, dual SIM support, fingerprint sensor, USB 2.0 with Type-C interface, and a 5,000 mAh battery that support for USB PD. Unfortunately, the display is just 60 Hz. But hey, at least it is OLED, right?
