Good news, users of Oculus Quest 2 VR headset. Anker has launched a new accessory for those who are looking for a neat way to charge their Oculus Quest 2 and the Touch controllers.
The new accessory, called Anker Charging Dock, not only compliments your Oculus Quest 2’s aesthetics, but it also optimized for charging the Oculus Quest 2 headset and Touch controllers. Most importantly, IMHO, it keeps all three items neat and tidy when not in use.
When placed on the Anker Charging Dock, magnetic USB-C connector snaps into place to ensure a secure contact. Easy peasy. On either end of the charging dock is a controller receptacle with metallic pins.
For the Touch controllers to begin charging, you will require to insert the included Anker 1,800 mAh alkaline rechargeable batteries into the controllers. After that, charging will commence whenever the controllers are placed into their respective cradles.
Anker said the dock can charge the controllers and the VR headset to full in just 2.5 hours.
