BRABUS Marine Shadow 38 Range
The new BRABUS Marine Shadow 38 range combines luxury cruising, bespoke customization, and up to 1,000 horsepower, creating a performance boat that can approach 60 knots while looking every bit as dramatic as a BRABUS supercar on water.

If you thought BRABUS was content with tuning cars, SUVs, and the occasional superboat, think again. The German tuning house has unveiled its latest marine creations, the BRABUS Shadow 38 range, proving once more that moderation was never really part of the business plan.

Developed in partnership with Axopar Boats, the new lineup replaces the previous Shadow 900 and Shadow 1000 series with an updated 38-foot platform. The range consists of two models: the BRABUS Shadow 850 XC Cross Cabin and the flagship BRABUS Shadow 1000 XC Cross Cabin.

The Shadow 850 XC packs twin Mercury V10 outboards delivering a combined 850 horsepower, while the Shadow 1000 XC cranks things up with twin Mercury Racing 500R V8 outboards producing a total of 1,000 horsepower. The result is a luxury day boat capable of approaching 60 knots, or about 111 km/h (69 mph), which is probably faster than many people are comfortable traveling on water.

Both models feature BRABUS’ signature Cross Cabin layout, combining the practicality of an enclosed cabin cruiser with the aggressive styling expected from the brand. The helm has been redesigned with inspiration from BRABUS supercars, while buyers can personalize everything from cabin layouts and storage solutions to upholstery and onboard amenities.

The Shadow 38 range continues BRABUS’ “One-Second-Wow” philosophy, blending premium materials, bespoke craftsmanship, and enough horsepower to make neighboring boats question their life choices.

In short, the BRABUS Shadow 38 is what happens when a luxury cruiser, a performance boat, and a BRABUS tuning project collide. As for pricing, BRABUS is keeping that part close to the chest. Which usually means one thing: if you have to ask, you probably already know the answer.
