Casio G-Shock is not just about watches that are super tough. Thanks to the clever play with colors and sometimes, materials, the world renowned tough timepieces are known for its style too.

Speaking of style, you have to agree that striking red watch face against a muted matted black watch is a contrast that will delight. Can’t help it if you don’t like red. For those who do, the Casio G-Shock Adrenalin Red Series should be right up your alley.

G-Shock has given its popular digital and analog-digital models a splash of red and they are the GWB5600, GA140, and GA700. The most impressive of the three models is, IMHO, perhaps the GWB5600AR-1.

It features a red-tinted reverse LCD digital display, along with G-Shock’s Multi-Band 6 and Bluetooth connectivity for two-way time sync, and Tough Solar Technology for self-charging even in low light conditions.

The GA140AR-1A, on the other hand, gets an updated dial, featuring an analog speed indicator and magnetic resistance module while the GA700AR-1A has 3D bold hands and Super Illuminator LED backlight.

These being G-Shock watches, you will also find the usual suspect of features like the obvious shock resistance, water resistance to 200 meters (about 660 feet), Super Illuminator LED backlight, stopwatch and countdown timer, 12/24 hour time format, and world time.

The GA140AR-1A and GA700AR-1A will sell for $110 each and the GWB5600AR-1 for $150 when it becomes available in November.
