The Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000CS Laser-Carved Watch not only reminds me of my favorite 80s sci-fi TV series Automan. It also reminds me of the 80s CGI effect of “futuristic” as use in movies like the original Tron.
There’s a new A Bathing Ape, aka BAPE, watch, this time, it is a collaboration between the Japanese fashion brand and Japanese watchmaker Casio. The A Bathing Ape x G-Shock DW-5750 Watch, as it is known, is based on the DW-5750 introduced in 2018 for the G-Shock 35th anniversary.
Casio has rolled out a new G-Shock Street Utility Military Series featuring two-toned, military-inspired colorways and updated layered bezel structure. The latter is developed through a two-part molding process, creating a separate top and base that will enhanced the strength of the bezel.
