DOOGEE have since established itself as the rugged smartphone maker. We also know that this growing company makes budget Android smartphones. However, we did not expect budget phone could get below $60 (!).
And $60 is exactly how much the DOOGEE X95 costs. While it may be getting somewhat dated specs, the design is decidedly contemporary.
