First, there was the perimeter wire-free robot mower. Now, eufy has taken it a step further and declared GPS “overrated.” The new eufy E15 and E18 Robot Lawn Mowers don’t just ignore satellites—they ghost them entirely. No GPS, no RTK. Instead, these bots mow your lawn with what eufy calls “smart vision,” or, in human terms, visual full self-driving (vFSD). Yes, we’re still talking about a lawn mower and not a tiny, lost Tesla. eufy ain’t the first to go full-on computer vision, btw.

Under the hood—if you can call a robot mower’s top panel that—both the E15 and E18 use V-FSD (Vision-Fusion Sensor Detection), which means they navigate using cameras and clever algorithms. They map your yard, dodge pets, avoid garden gnomes, and won’t mow your kid’s soccer ball. The E15 handles up to 800 square meters (0.2 acres), while the beefier E18 takes on 1,200 square meters (0.3 acres). Both cut at heights from 25mm to 75mm (about 1 to 3 inches), letting you dial in your lawn’s look.
App control, GPS tracking (just for anti-theft, not mowing), and automatic returns during rain or nighttime make life easy. The E15 costs US$1,799.99 and the E18 goes for US$1,999.99, both with installment options if you’d rather not drop two grand all at once. We don’t have a lot of photos to go with, but there’s a video below if anyone’s interested.
