After much production and release delay, the much anticipated fourth film of the Evangelion tetralogy, Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0: Thrice Upon A Time, is finally hitting the theaters in Japan.
Studio Khara made the official announcement that the film will be released in theaters on March 8, 2021. The announcement was made over Twitter as well as on Studio Khara’s website on February 26.
In the same Tweet, Studio Khara also asks for responsible behavior with regard to curbing the spread of the virus when going to the theaters.
