The much anticipated fourth movie Rebuild of Evangelion of the Evangelion tetralogy, the Evangelion 3.0+1.01 Thrice Upon A Time, has a new trailer and along with it, is the official release date.
The film, originally slated to open in Japan in June, was held back by the pandemic and it is now confirmed that it will be release in Japan on January 23, 2021.
Unlike the previous two trailers, the third and possibly the final Evangelion 3.0+1.01 Thrice Upon A Time pretty much set the tone for the film. We shan’t read too much into the trailer, though.
