The mention of Garmin smartwatches, sporty and rugged smart timepieces come to mind. But in reality, Garmin is more than that since January when it introduced Garmin Lily.
Geared towards the fairer sex who prefer less chunky smart timepieces, Lily is the brand’s smallest smartwatch yet with a tiny 34 mm case. While it may be small, it is big on functions and style. The latter is highlighted with a unique patterned lens that lends it the fashionable look and yes, the Lily is a smartwatch complete with a touchscreen display.
With Lily, it blends classic looks with modern conveniences such as health and wellness monitoring, fitness tracking, smart notifications, and more.
Speaking health and wellness monitoring, Lily can monitor heart rate and alerts you if there is an anomaly, track respiration rate, measures blood-oxygen level, and offers a bunch of wellness features including body battery energy monitor, all-day stress, relaxation reminders, women’s health and more.
As for the hardware, it features a 1-inch TFT LCD touch screen display, ambient light sensor, Bluetooth connectivity, connected GPS, and water resistance to 5 ATM (50 meters/165 feet).
It is worthy to note that, while fashionable, the display is a grayscale screen. So, no fancy colors here with Lily. But it is still cool nonetheless.
