With the Gen 2 update, there are more Pokémon monsters to catch, which means you are going to need all the juice you can get, and it is why any serious Pokémon Trainer needs the GO Backpack. GO Backpack won’t provide you the juice, but it does have specially designed details that would increase your mileage and these includes dedicated organizer pockets for up to four power banks, along with ambidextrous cable holes to allow for catching Pokémon monsters as your device charges, and also a pair of insulated pockets on the sides, so you can bring your own beverage-filled bottles to keep you hydrated while on the hunt.
And in case you walked a mile too long and wore out your kicks, there is a handy shoe compartment which you can have a spare pair of sneakers stashed within, ready to be called to service when needed. Beyond those, GO Backpack is also loaded with a chockfull of features like a secret wallet pocket, padded laptop pocket, fleece-lined tablet pocket, zipper and flap pockets for EDC of all manners, stretch side pockets for cables, a voluminous main compartment, and my personal favorite, a headphone holder – complete with cord management system, that makes this backpack an awesome everyday carry for work and whatnot.
Other details you can expect include all-round reflective elements for night visibility, curved shoulder strap for improved back carry ergonomics, padded top carry handle, and both left and right-handed friendly universal side carry handles. So, if you are looking at gearing yourself up for a great Pokémon monster hunt, be it straight after work or classes (or even after gym), the GO Backpack is no doubt the go-to backpack.
Want one? Well, you can find GO Backpack on Kickstarter where, for $65, you will be able to bag yourself one. As with any Kickstarter campaign though, the product will only see fruition if it meets its set funding goal, but in the case of GO Backpack, that reality is not very far off.
