What you see here is a concept pickup truck from China’s Great Walls Pickup. Billed as a super pickup truck, it is based on the brand’s “Pao” (loosely translates to “Cannon”) series of pickup trucks. Not a lot is known about this radical pickup truck concept, but the over-the-top aesthetics compelled us to share it with you guys.
Seriously, just look at this thing! Check out the super slammed treatment, the super wide body kit, and will you look at those supersize 22-inch wheels. It is over-the-top awesome.
This yet-to-be-named concept vehicle is essentially a sports car with a truck bed. The drivetrain is unknown, but one thing for sure is, it is a gas-guzzler and very likely rocking a V engine since it has split quad exhausts around the back.
While it may be a concept, but it is very likely to become real truck money can buy because Great Wall Pickup has commissioned a contest to name the concept truck.
Obviously, the concept of supertruck isn’t new. The most recent examples would be the 2021 RAM 1500 TRX and the 770 HP 2020 Shelby Super Snake Sport F-150. However, the Great Wall Motors Super Pickup Truck Concept has clearly ditched its truck status to become a supercar with a truck bed which is kind of weird and awesome at the same time.
