I pretty sure somewhere on this planet, someone already have a replica of The Simpsons living room in their home. Envious? Well, you don’t to because, IKEA United Arab Emirates is here to help. In a “Real Life Series” ad campaign, IKEA UAE has recreated iconic living rooms from popular TV shows Friends, Stranger Things, and The Simpsons using furniture pulled from it’s catalog.
“We brought to life the iconic living rooms of the most beloved families of all times, through tons of furniture combinations in lots of different styles and sizes – and at affordable prices. We’ve grouped all the products for each room for you, so it’s easy to recreate what you see here in your own home. Take a look and make your living room iconic with IKEA.”
Not going to lie. The results are pretty cool. Though, I noted that IKEA did not specifically indicate which living room was inspired from which TV show (in other words, it did not name names), but you will know it right away when you see the living rooms. Obviously, with the sample setup, comes with a list of the items required for the setup and their corresponding prices.
Clever. Very clever, IKEA UAE. Makes me what to have a The Simpsons living room now. Hope If I did, Bart won’t show up and take over the couch and remote control.
