Six years after the finale of Sony Pictures Television’s Breaking Bad, a follow-up movie is finally here. To mark the release of the movie El Camino on Netflix, an interactive Breaking Bad pop-up aptly called The Breaking Bad Experience is now open in L.A.
The pop-up is a re-creation of the show’s five seasons which includes a themed bar and snacks, and a chance to try themed cocktails made “up to Walter White’s standards.”
Apparently, servers will attend to you wearing hazmat suits similar to the suits wore by Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in the series. Why the hazmat suit-wearing servers is beyond me since the diner isn’t in the infamous RV where White’s did the deed.
Anywho, for $30 per pax, visitors will not only get to immerse in the world of Walter White for a duration of 90 minutes, but they will also be served with a drink and a food item from a choice of “Heisenberg” sliders, grilled cheese sandwiches, and nachos, and some themed desserts. No words if the desserts will be “chemically reactive” like the drinks.
The Breaking Bad Experience is now open for business and it will remain open until end of the year. Tickets are available on The Breaking Bad Experience official website. Operation time is 4PM to 10PM, Tuesday through to Sunday. The Breaking Bad Experience is located at 7100 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90046, U.S.A.
Rev up the RV and prepare to hit the Superlab! A $30 ticket to the #Breaking Bad Experience allows guests to explore insta-worthy set recreations from all five seasons of @BreakingBad. https://t.co/YznDtRpk6P pic.twitter.com/1BTxqeKcgZ
